Individual Complaints Mechanism in CRPD
■What it is
The Individual Complaints Mechanism is a complaints resolving system that the Individual can claim their human rights problem to The Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Although It states in the Optional Protocol of CRPD. Japan has not ratified it.

The Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities recognized that Spain government had violented Article 24 in CRPD （August 28th, 2020）

The Committee decided that it violent CRPD to be forced the child with Down syndrome to special school against parent’s will（September 30th, 2018）
